What can you do with a whole chicken? In my mum’s case, when cooking, she manages to use all the chicken’s parts. On days when she’s cooking, I would try my best to be a good girl so I would get priority when choosing my favourite part, the drumsticks. Supermarkets treat meat the same as they treat chocolate bars: 5 chicken legs, 10 chicken wings – all available in one pack. I have nothing against eating meat, but shouldn’t we give it more respect?
