A group show of selected artists and designers from Deutsche Bank’s Pyramid Award Winners at The National Theatre.

Picante will be open to visitors at the Olivier Foyer of National Theatre for two weeks from 25 October 2007.

New Moves is an exhibition at The Aram Gallery featuring 70 new task light prototypes designed by students from the Royal College of Art’s acclaimed Design Products department. The exhibition has as its starting point an exploration of the iconic task light.
The project brief run by Ernesto Gismondi from Artemide and directed by Professor Ron Arad, Head of Design Products and Daniel Charny, Design Products Senior tutor. The brief was succinct: discover a new type of task light; one that would inherit the mantle from the Anglepoise, and that would be equally iconic.
An exhibition of new design concepts by Platform 10, a group of 14 students from the Design Products department at the RCA, responding to a brief for the need 'to find a way of regaining balance, using water carefully and slowing down its journey from sky to the sea.' (Kim Wilkie – environmental advisor).
Platform 10 is lead by designers Roberto Feo and Daniel Charny. Slow Water explores potentials for design interventions relating to domestic use of water. The exhibition includes prototypes and animations for alternative products looking at such things as domestic rainwater management, water awareness, water bill sharing and the future of showers.
The Superdesign Market is a 3 days only, featuring 30 products from 30 of the UK's best designers - as chosen by a panel of respected design curators. Most products will be limited edition batch productions.
An opportunity for the public to actually BUY something truly original and extremely convertible design from some of the UK's most interesting designers.
What if any table in your house could be changed into a pingpong table? Never mind its shape or size, it is just perfect. We made the ping-pong tablecloth and two adjustable clips to hold the net in the middle.
Collaboration with Luka stepan.
Contemporary ceramic works, since their origin ceramic works have expanded the functional dimension and contemporary production engenders ornamentation, sculpture and installation. the exhibition will feature a selection of ceramic objects, which express subjects and details of everyday life, their departure from tradition, the current conflict of ecology and consumerism.
Bargain food persuades people by playing with the value of money, which has brought a lot of problems to society: over nutrition, eating disorders, obesity, illness, guilt, wasting food, wasting resources, over production, etc.
Can design make people buy food that offers LESS?

The person in front orders… "Double-caramel skim, decaf, macchiato and Italian cheese bread, Cheddar, bacon, light mayo, all veggie, no onion and cucumber"
I only want what ever sandwichs and a cup of tea.
"My tea time" is a very simple tea menu and a way of serving it. Creating a precious experience by bringing new environments and drinking suggestions.

for two tea;a tray to be served for 2 peoples with a cake for sharing in the middle.

garden tea; a tray to be served with hot water and herb pots, mixed up a very own fresh herb tea.

night tea;a tray to be served as cushion.

I made a garden table that collects water in its central base which can be used for plants and flowers potentially saving 178-510 litres of water a year. (taken from average rainfall in the driest to wettest part of UK)
Next to it, the bird feeder which collects water from its roof and channels it into the bird’s bath underneath.
Effortless eco-friendly objects.

Supermarkets treat meat the same as chocolate bars: 5 chicken legs, 10 chicken wings – all available in one pack.
I’m not against eating meat, but should we give it more respect?

How about when we mix the drinks?
Lemon tea, Rum tea, Iced tea
How 2 typologies create new function and ritual of drinking.
How 2 typologies creates symbolism on the bottom of the cup.

I created series of benches that are located at the most beautiful location at the different time in a day to encourage people to enjoy a day trip in Bute by walking from South to the North.
At the different height, the benches allow you to use in different proposes. Fresh high tree house in the morning, very low bench on the grass in the afternoon, swinging your legs in table-high bench with you lover in the evening and lay down enjoy charming stars with the night bench.
All my benches connected to each other by the map. Once you take the journey you have to trace the symbol of each bench on your map.
Fill up your map!

Welcome to Tithi’s world.
I made the reflection of the world around me through the objects.
I’m interested in objects that not only can see but hear. An object that can talk for itselves or I can talk about .
In supermarket, I saw a four pack of pears in a perfect black foam tray beside eight mixed apples in plastic bags. I saw five chicken legs, ten chicken wings in the next section. Did somebody pick those from the chicken tree which grows in the backyard?
The person in front orders… “Double-caramel skim, decaf, macchiato and Italian cheese bread, Cheddar, bacon, light mayo, all veggie, no onion and cucumber” Mmm.. I only want what ever sandwiches and a cup of tea.
Now I am based in London where I called it home, mainly working on my emotional side, number of objects/products and food related projects while still keep on practicing whistle.
